Tournament Information

* Tournament details will vary by event and will be posted on each tournament’s webpage.

* All tournaments are sanctioned by BC Hockey.

* The BC Hockey Tournament Sanction Number will be posted once available.

* Game format and minimum game guarantees will be outlined on the individual tournaments.

* Tournament rules, schedules, and additional event information will be shared prior to the tournament.

 

Payment

We prefer to accept tournament registration fees by e-transfer. Payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance into the tournament.

 

Tournament Policies

* Team registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.

* Withdrawal from a tournament after acceptance will result in a refund of the registration fee, less a $200 administration fee, provided the vacant position is filled. If the vacant position cannot be filled, no refund will be issued.

* By registering, teams acknowledge and agree to abide by all tournament rules, BC Hockey regulations, and any event-specific policies established by AMHA.

* Tournament organizers reserve the right to make schedule or format adjustments if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.
