AMHA Volunteer Shifts
Aldergrove Minor Hockey is powered by volunteers. Every tournament, community event, fundraiser, and special activity depends on the support of our families. By signing up for a volunteer shift, you’re helping create an incredible experience for every player while keeping our association strong and our registration costs affordable. Whether you can give an hour or a full day, every shift makes a difference. Thank you for being part of our hockey family, we truly couldn’t do it without you.

Volunteer Commitment
Thank you for supporting Aldergrove Minor Hockey Association!
Each family is required to complete a minimum of 2 volunteer credits during the season as part of our volunteer commitment. Volunteering is essential to the success of our association and helps us provide a positive experience for all players and families.
Please ensure you attend the volunteer shift you register for. If you’re unable to attend, kindly cancel your RSVP as early as possible so another family has the opportunity to volunteer.
We truly appreciate your time, commitment, and willingness to help. Your support keeps our association running and makes a lasting impact on our hockey community.
Volunteer Shift Cancelation Policy
Volunteer shifts are critical to the success of our programs and events. If you are unable to fulfill your scheduled shift due to an emergency, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice whenever possible.
We encourage you to first make every effort to have another responsible family member or trusted representative cover your shift. This helps ensure our events continue to operate smoothly without placing additional strain on other volunteers.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in your volunteer commitment being considered incomplete and could impact your volunteer bond requirements.
